Supposedly drops September 16th. I mean it looks pretty stacked, what more can I say. Tracks 5 and 6 look especially appealing in my opinion. Production looks top notch as well…
WE THE BEST LISTEEEEEEEN!
I’ve been waiting for something off this album to finnally get released. But Jake-One, a super producer from Seattle looks like he has put together quite the album – I mean how often can you get some one from the Rocafella Family and The Rhymesayers family on the same track….well anyway –
no MP3 available yet – but expect it either Monday or Tuesday…
The album is being released through Rhymesayers. Basically JakeOne makes the beats and finds a bunch of MCs to spit rhymes.

I have no idea what this is from -
but it just got released. Apparently it was released with some DJ shouting his name alll over it – so here is the CD quality version. Typical Weezy – sounds like its kind of old but the beat is nice. Just a little track in case you are Carter Three-ed out, which is impossible.
Posted simply because of Weezy.
Video For Glasses Malone “Haterz Featuring Lil Wayne & Birdman” off the album “Beach Cruiser” In Stores Novemeber 18th!
Oh snap, just a couple days before I will see him live in St. Paul at a protest rally – Mighty Mos Def drops a new track – sounds like Mos is back.
Another rare track released featuring my boy Gemstones. Just check it out, its Lupe.
So Cham does his thing on his new Mixtape Messiah 4 – you should definitley listen to this – its hilarious. He immitates a bunch of todays artsts – Weezy, Jim Jones & The Dream are some high lights.
Some live Jeezy footage mixed in with a dope interview. This is worth watching just for the footage of “My Hood” live.
1. 56 Bars (Intro)
2. I’m Illy
3. Ready For Whatever
4. On Top Of The World (feat. Ludacris and B.o.B)
5. Live Your Life (feat. Rihanna)
6. Whatever You Like
7. No Matter What
8. My Life Your Entertainment (feat. Usher)

14. Slide Show (feat. John Legend)
15. You Ain’t Missin’ Nothing
16. Dead And Gone (feat. Justin Timberlake)
Damn a track with Justin Timberlake – this is “My Love” all over again. Track with Usher should be aight and Ludacris and B.O.B sounds interesting as well. Also a track called “Porn Star” can only mean good things. Tracks in bold have already leaked. “No Matter What” is the first official single followed by “Whatever You Like.”
I’m ready for this album to just get released. Album drops September 30th.
Here is an unofficial video for the song “What Up” of T.I.’s Paper Trail. I think its going to be one of the strongest singles of the album, so thats why I’m positing this unofficial video – and cause T.I. is King of The South.
WHAAAAAAAAT UPPPPPP, Whats happenin’

Rapper T.I. establishes the mark for biggest jump to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 as his single “Whatever You Like” soars from No. 71 to No. 1 in its third week on the list. – Billboard.com
The Game does “Dopeboyz ft. Travis Barker” on Jimmey Kimmel. This might be my favorite song on L.A.X. and it sounds amazing with a live band, as most hip hop does.
Here is the video for this track – don’t sleep on this track – beat is real dope. Saigon and Cassidy rip it for once. Ha. Hit up the mp3.
A real dope video from Common off his upcoming album. Features Pharrell – I’m loving the style of this video. Commons new album Invincible Summer should be dropping September 22nd. Not that hottest track but Common is always on the top of his game.
Next video after the smash hit Put On. Vacation must be the next single for Jeezy’s album The Recession – good classic hip hop video. I really like this beat and the hook aint bad.
“Tracks from The Beastie Boys, Jay-z, Lil Wayne, Damian Marley, etc. with T. Barker backing on the drums.”
Well that was the little description of what this is. Basically DJ AM remixes a bunch of songs live while Travis adds his amazing drumming over the tracks. It’s pretty sick – check this out. I hate to say it’s totally like Girl Talk – but its similar just not as complicated – or amazing. But this is still worthy of a check – I mean Notorious BIG “Hypnotize” over “I Love Rock & Roll” and Jay-Z over Rage Against the Machine are some highlights.
If you wanna preview it before you download – just play it at the top of the page after you click the link above.
Left over track iTunes bonsu track
Also Young Jeezy’s The Recession has leaked. Click him! Now you got no excuses – you should be jamming this the rest of the week. Peep the song Circulate – its fire. But buy the album and support September 2nd.
Video of DMX in court – he tells the judge to fuck off after he is told he has to stay in jail until his next court day – no bail. His trial is not for a good month or so. DMX has been arrested about 5-6 in the last few months, all were weapons and drug charges.
For you Talib Kweli fans – here is a video for the song Perfect Beat ft. KRS-One off his most recent album Ear Drum. It’s mostly just live footage. But tight.
Finally an excuse to post a picture of Rihanna.
Ok, I’m not gonna lie and say this song is not catchy – but seriously….this is the song your going to sample? All I can think of is that fat kid lip syncing. Especially since it’s a Just Blaze beat – I just can’t see a bunch of dudes being like “yeah this beat is hot.” Whatever – it will probably be a huge hit and it has the most beautiful woman in the world singing the hook so whatever its still good. T.I.’s Paper Trails drops September 30th.
T-Wayne featuring Lil Wayne & T-Pain dropping the first video of T-Pain’s upcoming album which comes out October 22nd. Video is exactly what I expected out of these two.
A music video animation created Murakami, the same guy who did The Graduation album cover. He made this video for some art showing and a good quality video never surfaced on the internet till now. This is supposedly thee official video for the song Good Morning.
I’m so glad Buck left G-Unit – this track is dope. Buck the world. Just listen to it.

For all you lucky fools still around in MPLS for this….November 2nd.
Daddy “Gasolina” Yankee endorses John McCain. What the hell.
I really hate that Dangerous song or whatever the hell its called. I like him much more over this track and with The Dream (aka Hookman of th year, F Akon.)
Apparently this should be releasing in the next week – get excited should be pretty goood. Lupe thinks to much of his old shit has been leaking – so he pushed this back till he needs a press boost again I guess. Stay tuned.
88-Keys – Stay Up! (Viagra) f. Kanye West
So this producer 88 Keys is putting out an album called The Death of Adam on October 28ths. Well anyway he is a dope veteran producer (most famous for his work for Busta Rhymes and Blackstar) and he is gonna put out an album with a bunch of artists spitting over his real serious beats. This is his first single featuring the one and only Mr. West (btw he rips it.) Check out this video below for more about him and to hear a few more of his tracks.
also here is another leaked Jeezy track – I mean I don’t know what else is left – I feel like the whole album has leaked already.
Another track leak of The Recession dropping September 2nd…sounds pretty good…produced by Don Canon its a very interesting beat – I could maybe see it catching on. Very “American Gangster”….I mean Jeezy sings a long and spits with the hook. Best leak I have heard from this album so far.
Probably not worth checking out but Here is a new T-Pain mixtape – this is a little preview for his new album Three Ringz. I mean…there are some good featured guests and usually T-Pain has catchy stuff. I think this mixtape is a good sign of a good album from Pain in the coming months.
UPDATE: Shit, check out this track…..
A blood and a crip freestylin together….sounds pretty gooood.
and oh by the way……
I can’t believe people doubted this team. USA beats Spain 118-107 to earn a gold medal. Next.
Team USA goes for the gold in basketball tonight and in honor of that I posted this video. Apparetnly Coach K showed Team USA this video of Marvin Gaye singing the National Athem as motivation….which has since been turned into a Nike commericial. But anyway Marvin kills it – and so will Team USA Basketball tonight when they play Spain at 1:30AM Central Time – so watch it.
propz to Coach K
(link will probably get deleted very soon)
Ok so hear it is. There first song all together….it sort of sounds like it is a M.I.A. sample of “Paper Planes” but with different lyrics. I think the track is very interesting, but the beat isnt totally grabbing me. Kanye does some T-Pain spitting so does Weezy, Hov has some good material – and sings his name? I like T.I. the best on this track…it’s mind boggling that someone got all these names on this track, especailly on this beat. Well its on Paper Trails coming out September 30th ‘08.
shits crazy, no clue if were expecting more or not, a bunch of Paper Trails tracks leaked, but all the links are dead….
Here are a bunch of tracks of The Recession – I haven’t listened to them because I’m waiting for the album to drop in its entirety in 10 days. (September 2nd) But they have to be good right – its da snowman. Damn Jeezy look at that fit.
So apparently Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil Wayne & T.I. formed a super group called Swagger Like Us or S.L.U. for short. Apparently a track or more information is coming out soon. Be sure to check back. This is crazy – can you even imagine what these tracks are going to sound like.
So I guess Moutain Dew is now opening a record label – and plan on releasing a bunch of free songs. As if we wouldnt find a way to download it anyway. Well “hear” is its first official release from The Cool Kids. Classic cool kid material.
I just want to know how they got him in an astronaut suit.
Peter Rosenberg at Rock The Bells San Fransisco. Just watch it.
Damn – De La Soul destroying on stage – via Jay Electronica’s Tour Diary (Jay is a up and coming producer.) If you don’t listen to De La Soul your missing out – they are legends. Go a 50 seconds in to hear one of my favorite De La Soul jams.
