Man…Eminem is always so angry when he raps! This song is (very) slowly growing on me. I like the hook from Miss Skylar Grey. The video itself has some cool moments, mostly the clips of Dre and Eminem’s relationship in the early days.
How awkward must it have been to shoot when Eminem is screaming at Dre in that giant bath tub?
Detox coming soon?
Eminem – Syllables ft. Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent Ca$his & Stat Quo (Prod. by Dr. Dre)
One of those posts that just doesn’t need an explanation. Let’s just hope this means that Detox is actually on the way.
Some of the lyrics hint this maybe a bit dated.
Move over Eminem your incredibly boring. Weezy F. kills his performance of “6 Foot 7 Foot.” Cartver IV is going to insane. Kanye may have had 2010 on lock but 2011 is the going to be the year of the Wayne.
Check out their performance of “No Love” here.
This track is just all kinds of weird. I can’t tell if I like it or totally hate it….not to mention T.I.’s carelessness just makes me that less interested in the music he releases.
I wonder if this will be as overplayed as the first version. Regardless, this will be on Rihanna’s album LOUD which drops November 16th. When is Rihanna gonna start making some party music again?
Two words: Slim Shady.
Em’s new album Recovery drops June 22.
Eminem’s first single off Recovery, produced by Boi-1da. Beat is nice. Can all rappers sing now or what’s up with that?
spotted at illRoots.
Em slaughters Drake’s “Over” and Lloyd Banks “Beamer, Benz Or Bentley.”
Word is that Eminem is dropping a track off his new album this Thursday.
I said I wasn’t going to post any more leaks from this album but I can’t ignore this one. Like I said, this is going to be one impressive debut album. I can’t wait to see this guy take off more than he already has. Excellent song right here.
My dad sent me this little blip on B.o.B.’s shoat Coachella.
Though an MC rapping over a DJ doesn’t necessarily make for the most dynamic festival fodder, adding a full band to the mix for the sake of live performance isn’t always the most natural fit, either. But B.o.B, the nimble 21-year-old Atlanta rapper whose oft-delayed debut album is finally coming out in a few weeks, not only makes this work, he plays acoustic guitar for good measure, all without feeling like some gimmicky rap-rock hybrid.
Let’s be honest The Rebirth is garbage. But sometimes there is a diamond in the rough. The beat is what makes this one stand out. Production from Hit-Boy and Chase N. Cashe. A guest verse from Eminem helped a little bit too.
There has been a great deal of hype around this track since it was annouced. Gotta say it lives up to the hype. This will probably be the only dope track off Weezy’s rock effort titled Rebirth. Eminem SNAPS.
3rd leak from Charles Hamilton’s album Normalcy, that is supposed to drop this Friday. Like I’ve said I’m not the world’s biggest CH fan but all three of these tracks have been pretty good.
Off Wayne’s rock project Rebirth which drops Decebmer 21. This isn’t to bad. SHES ON FIRE!!!!
Eminem fans can refill their prescription when Relapse: The Refill drops December 21st. Eh…
So is Drake happy with the end result? Barker has no idea — seems Drizzy hasn’t even heard the remix yet. No one has. Until now, that is.
“No one’s heard this!” Barker said. “Actually, Marshall [Mathers, a.k.a. Eminem] heard it, and he loved it — but no one else has.”
Well Travis does it again. Damn!

As I fast forwarded through the BET Hip-Hop Awards last night these cyphers were easily the highlights of the night.
Up top we have Mos Def, Black Thought and Eminem. Ridiculous. I got goosebumps watching all three of these guys spit.
Below we have KRS-One, Wale, Nipsey Hussle and Gsan. Further down Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden (fuckin’ kills it), Buckshot and Crown Royyal.
The one and only DJ Premier on the 1s & 2s.
This is hip-hop people.
This video is kinda clowning….but I mean the track is kinda dope and the line up is ridiculous as we all know. Shouts to LeBron!
Anyone spot Slaughterhouse?
UPDATED: This is the final explicit mastered CD quality version of the track.
So – I’ve been hearing a lot of gossip about this one over the last week. It was supposed to drop Friday via iTunes. I mean just look at this track! As hip-hop explodes right now
let clear a few things up – this is NOT the final version. A new hook will be put in place from a female R&B singer who has yet be named. This version is un-mastered a final version will drop as planned on Friday if not earlier. Yes – this is a recycled beat.
The track will be featured in the upcoming LeBron James bio-pic/movie More Than A Game.
“It was done, it was just Drake and Kanye, and then they went back and got two more prolific talents and it just made it even crazier, ” Paul told MTV News late Tuesday. “They blessed Drake crazy.”
The song came together when Gee Roberson, an executive at Atlantic Records who also manages West and helps to oversee the careers of Drake and Wayne, visited LeBron during the playoffs in May.
“He came over and played this — it was me, LeBron and Maverick [Carter, James’ manager],” said Paul, who will co-executive produce the project for James’ camp. “And he played the track, it was hot. It went right with the movie, it was like perfect for a moment that you want to be forever. And when he decided to put Wayne, Drake, Kanye and Eminem on it [together], it just makes is better. It’s one of those songs fans will really want to hear forever. It’s that type of feeling.”
“There’s gonna be an unexpected feature on the hook,” he said. “Right now we have three different R&B singers writing the hook to see who comes up with the best one. I’mma be shocked. So I can’t tell you who it’s gonna be.” On the original, Drake performs double duty, rapping and singing the chorus.
Twista’s new album Category F5, drops June 16th. Chi-town….

- Eminem – Old Time’s Sake ft. Dr. Dre (Prod. by Dr. Dre) (Alternate Link)
A 3rd leak off Eminem’s Relape which drops May 19th. I guess this is the best of the three I’d say. Still not very impressed with any of them. I suppose it’s nice to hear Dre rhyming again.
I had a busy weekend so I forgot to drop the new Eminem video for his track “3AM” which I’m sure you have seen already by now.
Splash with the link.
The second single from Eminem’s new album Relapse which drops May 19th. This is a million times better than “We Made You” but I still am not feelin’ the weird ass flow. At least this one is listenable though. Obviously the beat is pretty nice.
Those are all pills from the looks of it. If you weren’t aware in late 2005 Em went to rehab for addiction to prescription sleeping pills – which he has since defeated I believe.
Prescribed by Dr. Dre.
Prescription Refills Release Date – May 19th.
My man Mr. Peter Parker at Minnesota’s own B96 just dropped one hell of a mixtape in honor of Eminem’s new album droppin later this year. The mixtape features rare and often unheard tracks from the Eminem archives. A nice collection for any Em fan.
25K+ downloads so far gotta give it up.
so shouts to Peter Parker – radio DJs ya heard?!?!
Check out some footage below of Yung Dro stopping through the B96 studios as well.
Sorry I’m playing catch up so bear with my pathetic writing. But this is a nice track from the Shady Records signee by the name of Bobby Creekwater – I’m not to familiar with Shady Records and all those guys but I think Bobby has been around awhile. I don’t really know what a classic Eminem beat would sound like but I think this sounds pretty decent.
Wiz Khalifa outta Pittsburg drops another track off his upcoming mixtape Flight School which I no doubt will be posting this Friday when it drops. Wiz has an album on the way sometime this year. I always love the beats Wiz picks.
The former Jurrasic 5 frontman drops his first solo album after holding it down as the frontman for one of my favorite groups for over a decade. The album is to be titled Fish Outta Water and will hopefully drop sometime this summer. Talib on the assists with nice guest verse.
2dopeboyz holdin it down.
- Asher Roth – Lion’s Roar f. Busta Rhymes
- Asher Roth – As I Em ft. Chester French (prod. Oren Yoel & David Appleton)
I was thinking about just ignorning the handful of Asher tracks that have leaked the last few days. His new album drops in just over a week on 4.20. I’m not posting anymore from this project A: because it comes out soon and B: I’m tired of Asher posts. No hating on Asher because this new album is gonna be pretty surprsing I think. I’m expecting this to be a much better album than people were expecting. If your not sold yet take a look at these last 2 songs before the album drops next week. The first track shows some strengh on a pretty nice track with Busta Rhymes. The second track Asher in song acknowledges his never ending comparrison with Eminem. I really like them both…
Asleep In The Bread Aisle drops 4/20. Some nice interviews below too.
