I had the opportunity to interview Malice, 1/2 of the greatest hip-hop duos of all time. This is with out a doubt one of my favorite interivews I have done to date. Hell Hath No Fury is in my personal Top 10 albums of 2000-10. Malice filled us in on his new book, how it came together, new music from The Clipse?, Pusha T’s solo album, reflections of Til The Casket Drops and much much more.
A bit frustrating – the first minute or two got messed up so Malice comes in during the middle of his first answer. He talked about how the book gained strength after an in-studio conversation with Pharrell.

The dude Mic Terror came through the Radio DePaul studios last night to talk The Late Pass Vol. 1, working with Million $ Mano, “Hiooo” getting the Flosstradamus remix treatment, his single deal with MTV and what we can expect from Mic Terror in 2011. Trust me, this dude is sitting on some serious heat. While in the studio, Mic and crew were also shooting a music video for a track off Late Pass. Tune in to see which one.

Rockie called into Bad Service on Radio DePaul last night to talk about his latest project The Otherside, the release party at Reggie’s and the inspiration behind the whole movement. Rockie also took a few questions from fans which eventually allowed him to reveal that the video for “Living” featuring Phil Ade and Naledge will be dropping this Thursday. So look out for that!
Tune in next Sunday from 8-10PM as Calliko will be swinging by the Radio DePaul studios to chop it up.

Chicken and Waffles every Tuesday night 10-12PM on Radio DePaul. This past Tuesday we had Harlem, NYC emcee Esso call in and it eventually turned out to be one of the best interviews I’ve done. The dude Esso called in right after he came off stage and we covered a variety of topics. Including being from Harlem, getting press from the likes of XXL, MTV and blogs, his Anti-Socialite mixtape, upcoming material and working with his favorite producers.
