Potomac Boys Club Remix – Lights ft. Ellie Goulding, Wale, Waka Flocka Flame and Roscoe Dash
Potomac Boys Club Remix – Lights ft. Ellie Goulding, Wale, Waka Flocka Flame and Roscoe Dash
It might only be Monday, but I can assure you that both of these party joints will be tossed into this Thursday night’s pre-game playlist. Remixers Potomac Boys Club, mash up party anthem “No Hands” with UK popstar Ellie Goulding’s cut “Lights.” The result spells out slamming shots for a night of stupidity with a good group of friends.
The second cut also takes “No Hands” but dropping it over club hit Edward Maya’s “Stereo Love.” Mashed by White Panda.
T-Pain – Black & Yellow (Remix) X No Hands (Remix)

The one and only T-Pain puts his own auto-tuned twist on two Wiz and Waka Flocka’s radio hits. They actually aren’t too bad!
J. Cole – You Got It ft. Wale (Prod. J. Cole) + In The Morning ft. Drake

Chamillionaire – Good Morning (Video) + Wale – Pretty Girls ft. The Roots (Live on Jimmy Fallon)
Songs with blatant sample’s like this (Tom Petty – Free Fallin’) all ways through me for a loop as a music fan. Then again how many hip-hop/rap songs are blatant samples? Has anyone heard the original sample for Jay’s “D.O.A.”???
Ha – anyway I’m always a big Chamillionaire fan so I will most definitely support. His upcoming album Venom should drop February 2nd.

I’m actually really disappointed in myself that I haven’t been posting every single thing related to this project but I have been slacking. BlakRoc is a project with indie rock band The Black Keys in which they enlist a hip hop army for a variety of tracks. The album features Raekwon, Mos Def, Q-Tip, RZA, Ludacris, Pharoahe Monch, NOE, Nicole Wray, Billy Danze and Ol’ Dirty Bastard.
This track is titled “Ain’t Nothing Like You (Hoochie Coo)” and features Mos Def and Jim Jones.
BET Hip-Hop Awards: The Cyphers
As I fast forwarded through the BET Hip-Hop Awards last night these cyphers were easily the highlights of the night.
Up top we have Mos Def, Black Thought and Eminem. Ridiculous. I got goosebumps watching all three of these guys spit.
Below we have KRS-One, Wale, Nipsey Hussle and Gsan. Further down Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden (fuckin’ kills it), Buckshot and Crown Royyal.
The one and only DJ Premier on the 1s & 2s.
This is hip-hop people.
